The Stage at Suffolk Downs (“The Stage”) is intended to be a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience for all patrons. Patrons are responsible for their own and their guests’ conduct while visiting Suffolk Downs, including within The Stage parking lots. Management reserves the right to remove and/or prohibit entry of persons for violating the Rules and Regulations, otherwise disturbing peaceful use and enjoyment by others, or as otherwise determined by Management.
Suffolk Downs is situated within a residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors when onsite and traveling to and from The Stage.
All patrons and visitors who use the parking lots or access the grounds at Suffolk Downs must at all times adhere to the following Rules and Regulations. These Rules and Regulations are in addition to, and do not supersede, any other rules and regulations applicable to Suffolk Downs and/or the event at The Stage.
- Parking lots will open ninety (90) minutes before doors open for each event and will close within one (1) hour after each event ends. Parking outside of these hours is not permitted.
- Overnight parking is not permitted.
- All parking must be within designated parking areas.
- Parking is limited with priority given to prepaid reservations, so pre-purchase is strongly recommended. Parking can be purchased online at https://stageatsuffolkdowns.com/venue-info/#parking.
- All patrons must follow applicable signage and abide by the instructions of the parking attendants, security personnel and law enforcement.
- Tailgating and similar activities (including, but not limited to, use of grills, barbeques or open fires, flames, or fireworks) are prohibited.
- Tents and large umbrellas are prohibited.
- Possessing or consuming alcohol or drugs (including, but not limited to, nitrous oxide) is prohibited.
- Glass containers, knives, firearms, weapons, and any other dangerous instruments or equipment (as determined by Management in its sole discretion) are prohibited. Bags and containers may be inspected by Management.
- Loudspeakers and amplified sound are prohibited.
- Drones, balloons, lasers, fireworks, firecrackers and light shows of any kind are prohibited.
- Pets and other animals are prohibited.
- Loitering in the parking lots or elsewhere in or about the grounds of Suffolk Downs prior to, during or after an event is prohibited.
- Exhibiting behavior that is unruly, disruptive, irresponsible, violent or illegal in nature (including, but not limited to, public intoxication), is prohibited.
- Using or displaying foul, abusive, or offensive language, gestures or signage is prohibited.
- Verbally or physically harassing any person is prohibited.
- Selling or peddling of merchandise or services, soliciting, posting, or distributing any signs, posters, pamphlets, flyers or promotional materials, are all prohibited.
- Parking for events at The Stage is permitted only within the parking areas specifically designated for the event at The Stage. Parking in any other area in or about Suffolk Downs (including, but not limited to, The Shops at Suffolk Downs and the surrounding neighborhoods), in connection with attendance of any event at The Stage is prohibited. Any vehicles parked illegally or outside the designated event parking areas will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.
- All transportation network companies (TNC) and rideshares (such as Uber, Lyft, limos/buses, etc.) must use designated drop-off and pick-up area. The geotagged location for TNC and rideshare drop-offs and pick-ups can be viewed online at https://stageatsuffolkdowns.com/venue-info/#parking. TNC and rideshare drop-offs or pick-ups outside of this geotagged location is prohibited.
- All persons accessing/using the grounds and/or parking lots do so solely at their own risk. Neither The Stage nor Management is responsible for the safekeeping of any vehicles or personal property. Please keep your vehicles locked and be mindful of your belongings at all times.
- Management reserves the right to close or restrict access to Suffolk Downs or portions thereof in whole or in part at any time, and from time to time, and may suspend, modify or supplement any or all of the Rules and Regulations from time to time in its sole discretion.
The above Rules and Regulations are intended to help allow safe use of the grounds at Suffolk Downs and parking lots at The Stage and are subject to change at any time. These Rules and Regulations do not, nor are they intended to, supersede, take the place of, replace, make void, or repeal any City of Boston, City of Revere, Commonwealth of Massachusetts, or federal law, compliance with which is required.
